Once you are done with the interview, a board-certified clinician from your state will review your symptoms and develop a treatment plan unique to you. Our software makes your visit fast and affordable while helping clinicians focus on what they do best: practicing medicine - not paperwork.
Is my personal information safe?
All personal information is encrypted and protected. Our Terms of Service gives more information on how we protect your personal information.
How long does a visit take?
Each interview takes about five minutes to complete. The total number of questions you answer will depend on your condition. Clinician response time may vary depending on your health system.
When can I do a visit?
Clinicians will respond during posted clinic hours.
Is it covered by insurance?
Your receipt can be submitted to your insurance company, but we cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed.
Can I get a prescription?
All clinicians are board-certified and can prescribe medications if you need them. We treat minor health conditions. We do not provide prescriptions for narcotics or controlled substances, and we do not perform prior authorizations. Patients are responsible for the cost of any prescriptions, over-the-counter treatments, or follow-up-visits needed.
What browsers do you support?
Visits require you to use a modern browser to ensure your data is secure and your experience is awesome. On a desktop computer or mobile device, you can use Edge, Chrome, Safari or Firefox. If you don't have any of these browsers, you can download Chrome or Firefox for free. iPhone users are required to use Safari for video visits.
What can I do if I disagree with a provider's diagnosis?
Most health systems allow you to contest a diagnosis while the Visit Follow-Up (VFU) window is open. You can message your provider via the Visit Follow-Up (VFU) section in your account.
I completed an Async visit and opted for a provider call. Why hasn't the provider called me?
For Async visits, providers can call you for additional information at their discretion if they have additional questions. If the provider doesn't opt to call you, they may feel that the interview responses were sufficient to diagnose the visit.
