Visits can only be cancelled before they have been submitted. If you've paid for your visit and submitted it to a clinician, or if you're waiting for your phone, video, or chat session, your visit can't be cancelled.
To cancel your visit prior to completion:
- While you're in the interview, scroll down and select "View other care options."
- Scroll through that page to explore your options, and if you still want to cancel, at the bottom of the right side you will see "Cancel Visit."
