Policy for Canceling or Rescheduling
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment, are 20 minutes or more late, or fail to attend, you will be charged a $65 missed appointment fee to the card that is on file
Late Policy
It is in your best interest to still join the session if they can join at least 20 minutes after the session start time. The visit will still end at the regularly scheduled end time but you will not be charged a late cancellation fee if you join before the 20 minute mark.
How to Cancel a Therapy Visit
Select your visit from Active Visits under Happening Now. Click the ellipsis menu, then select Cancel Visit. A modal will display and ask you to confirm your cancellation. Click Cancel Visit to confirm, and your visit will be cancelled.
How to Reschedule a Therapy Visit
You will need to talk to a human agent. You can type "human" into this chat and I'll hand you to a human operator.
