"2nd - Use the Search Bar at the top of the page to enter your symptoms, conditions or treatment. You will be provided a list of options that may meet your needs."
"3rd - If you still cannot find what you need, some plans provide the Video Visit option. Enter "Video Visit" in the Search bar."
"If your condition is still not found it means that your described condition is not available for a virtual visit and you will need to be seen in person."
