If you miss your phone/video call from your clinician, it is ultimately up to them on how many times they want to attempt to contact you before they close out the visit. Sometimes it may be once, other times it may be a few tries.
We advise keeping your mobile device near you, or staying near your primary phone line when you know you are expecting a call from your clinician.
If the clinician closes your visit, you can start a new visit.
