If you need to contact the provider who diagnosed you on your virtual visit, follow these steps:
Log in to your account. Providers can be contacted by either:
- Navigating to "Visit Follow-Up" and clicking "Send Provider a Message", or
- Navigating to "Profile and History," clicking "Visit History," and then clicking "View Details."
You can then write a message to send your provider. Include your phone number in case the provider needs to call you. Hit the "Send Message" button to send the message.
If the messaging option is grayed out or not working, your visit is closed. You can either open a new visit or contact our human support agents for help.
